These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Topless Waitresses Australia, operated by Entertainment Australia Pty Ltd.

By paying a booking deposit and confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions, together with the details provided in your written booking confirmation.

Booking Confirmation

Your confirmed booking details will be provided in writing by SMS or WhatsApp.

Your confirmation will include the agreed:

• Date and time

• Location

• Entertainer or entertainers booked

• Service booked

• Remaining payment required

Please check your booking confirmation carefully and contact Topless Waitresses Australia as soon as possible if anything appears incorrect.

Any client-requested changes after confirmation are subject to the change and cancellation conditions below.

Deposits & Payment

A booking is not confirmed until the required booking deposit has been received and confirmation has been provided by Topless Waitresses Australia.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance must be ready in cash when the entertainer arrives.

The remaining payment must be collected before the entertainer gets changed or begins the service.

Your paid booking time begins at the confirmed start time.

Delays caused by the client, guests or venue access do not extend the scheduled finishing time.

Any additional time is subject to the entertainer’s availability and will be charged at the applicable standard rate.

Contact on the Day

A representative from Topless Waitresses Australia or the entertainer may contact you from a private number on the day of the booking.

Please ensure your phone accepts private calls and remains available so communication can run smoothly.

Age Requirements

All guests must be 18 years of age or older.

No minors may be present during the adult entertainment portion of the booking.

Identification may be requested where necessary.

The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with these requirements.

Client Conduct & Respect

To maintain a safe, respectful and enjoyable environment, the following rules apply to every booking:

• No photography or recording unless the entertainer gives clear consent.

• Consent to photography or recording may be withdrawn at any time.

• No touching is permitted except during a paid lap dance where the entertainer has clearly approved it.

• Touching intimate areas, grabbing or attempting to kiss an entertainer is strictly prohibited.

• Never pressure an entertainer to provide any service she has not agreed to offer.

• Rude, aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually harassing or intoxicated misconduct will not be tolerated.

• Clients and guests must treat entertainers respectfully at all times.

• Entertainers must not be asked for personal phone numbers, social media details, banking information or private bookings. All future bookings must be arranged through Topless Waitresses Australia.

Private Change Area

Clients must provide a clean, safe and private area where the entertainer can change and securely store her belongings.

The area must be suitable for the entertainer to use without interference from guests.

Guest Numbers & Event Details

Clients must provide accurate booking and event information, including:

• Correct event address

• Accurate guest numbers

• Relevant access details

• Whether the event will include both male and female guests

Please advise us of any important event details before the booking so the entertainer can arrive prepared.

Client Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. However, confirmed bookings require administration, coordination and the reservation of entertainer availability.

All client cancellations forfeit the booking deposit.

Cancellations must be communicated directly to Topless Waitresses Australia.

Telling an entertainer or another person does not constitute notice of cancellation to the agency.

Changes After Confirmation

Minor administrative changes, such as correcting an address within the same suburb, will generally not incur a fee.

Material changes to a confirmed booking may incur a $100 change and rebooking fee per entertainer.

Material changes include changes to the:

• Confirmed time

• Date

• Entertainer

• Service

• Location

A material change may also be treated as cancellation of the original booking.

In that situation, the original booking deposit remains non-refundable and a new booking deposit may be required.

All requested changes are subject to entertainer availability and are not confirmed until acknowledged by Topless Waitresses Australia.

Changes or Cancellations by Topless Waitresses Australia

If a confirmed entertainer cancels or does not attend, Topless Waitresses Australia may offer a suitable replacement.

If no replacement is arranged, the booking deposit paid for that entertainer will be refunded.

Why Deposits & Change Fees Apply

Booking deposits and change fees contribute toward the administration, communication, entertainer coordination and lost booking opportunities involved in reserving and changing confirmed bookings.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Safety & Consent

The safety and wellbeing of our entertainers and clients are a priority.

Payment for a booking does not entitle anyone to:

• Touch an entertainer without consent

• Ignore an entertainer’s boundaries

• Demand services the entertainer has not agreed to provide

Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

The person who makes the booking is responsible for ensuring every guest follows the rules and treats the entertainer respectfully.

If an entertainer reasonably feels unsafe, threatened, harassed or seriously disrespected, or if the booking conditions are not followed, she may:

• Refuse to begin the booking

• Pause the service

• Leave immediately

• Contact Topless Waitresses Australia

• Contact venue security

• Contact emergency services where necessary

No Refund for Client or Guest Misconduct

If a booking is refused, interrupted or ended because of the conduct of the client or guests, no refund will be provided for:

• The booking deposit

• Remaining booking time

• Payments already collected

This includes situations where booking rules are broken, minors are present, or an entertainer reasonably feels unsafe or uncomfortable.

Service Expectations

The services included in your booking are those agreed at the time of confirmation.

Clients must not pressure entertainers to provide activities or services that were not agreed to as part of the booking.

Privacy

Personal information provided when making an enquiry or booking will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
